Great Salesperson

I've purchased or leased vehicles for over 25 years. In all those years, I have never felt compelled to write a review. Ben Willey changed that. Ive gotten two vehicles through Ben and each time he listened to me, didn't try to upsale me on something I wasn't looking for,nor did he try to pressure me into options I wasn't looking for. In addition he has kept in touch with me, each time, to make sure that everything was fine with my purchases. I cannot recommend him enough!

BEN WILLEY IS THE BEST

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Lasco especially with my salesperson Ben Willey!! Ben has sold me 3 cars and I feel he worked extremely hard to get me the best deal available! He is very professional, friendly, and most of all not pushy like some salesmen can be. He listened to me and asked what I wanted and each time he got me exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Ben Willey enough. He is a hard worker and very nice guy!!! Thank you Ben

New Car

Meghan was awesome!!!! She ask me what I wanted ,what I was working with and stayed on that task. Meghan didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. This was my best experience in purchasing a Vehicle. Bottom line Meghan is honest and dedicated in meeting the wants and needs of her costumers

Andrew Collier

I drive through this area quite a bit. I have read about the truck lift jobs that you guys do. This young kid, I'm 50 so everyone looks like a kid, was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is not always the case.

New tires

My experience was very pleasing. Andrew Collier's help was above and beyond. He did everything he could to make sure my needs were met in a timely manor. Will definitely be going back when needed!

Scam shop

My daughter made an appointment for a test drive and when we got there they had sold the car. The next day the dealer called said everything was a good on a different car, 2 hours before she was to go sign on it he told her they sold that car also. Very shady place.

Easy and painless.

I bought my previous vehicle at Lasco Ford in 2013. My experience then was good enough to get me to come back. My wife and I our having our second child, and thus decided that our sedan was no longer going to work comfortably for us. We were looking for an SUV/Crossover for an upgrade in size. I walked in with a budget in mind and a few cars I was interested in. I told Andy Klepoch (my sales rep.) my budget and the vehicle I was looking for. He worked incredibly hard to achieve our goal. So hard, that when it came down to getting the right payment for us, my wife and I both needed to be on the financing, she happened to be very sick at the time and was not able to come to the dealership herself. At 7:15pm on a Tuesday night, with a family of his own at home mind you, he followed me to my home with the necessary paper work so that my wife could sign the proper forms and we could get it done. I haven't ever been more pleased with a car buying experience than I was today with Andy Klepoch and Lasco Ford.

Poor customer service

We bought a end of model year vehicle with a mouse nest in it that got blown onto the AC/heater fan the first time the AC was used on a trip to NC. We owned the vehicle 8 wks and put 8k miles on it. The vehicle sat idle 8 months before we purchased it. There was Maple tree debris under the hood when we inspected it with our salesman. The nest had Maple tree spinners in it, and we have no female Maple trees on our property. None of this mattered. Not covered by warranty so we had to pay. Ford Motor Company does not monitor dealership service complaints. This was a bad experience all around with Ford as well as Lasco Ford. Buyer beware.
