Worth the drive

We live 2.5 hours away from Lasco so we wanted to be sure the vehicle we found on auto trader was worth the drive. Richard was very helpful. He did 2 walk around videos for us. He also sent us all the information we asked for. When we arrived at opening time the next day he had the car pulled up and ready for us to take a look st it. The finance manager worked with us to get the right price. It was worth the drive for our new used vehicle.

There word isn't any good.

Dropped car (with aptmt) on wed., suppose to look at it on Thursday . Here it is Monday n still have not looked at it. Andrew, service mgr. has no remorse that they still have not looked at my car. Even after I had to call n inquire about it vs them calling me! I picked it up n will have someone else look at the minor problem that I have with my sunroof. Their word isn't worth a crap. Very unprofessional . Will never buy another car there. Save your time n money n run away from this dealership. I am going to make sure I warn as many people as I can!

Best car buying experience

Chris was great! It was a real pleasure to work with him. The dealership was nice also. I was very impressed with the video Chris sent to my phone of the truck I was looking at. The dealership used a lot of technology during the buying process which also was impressive.

Excellent Service

Although I did not purchase the vehicle, the service from the dealership was outstanding. The sales rep was very responsive and helpful. I wish the vehicle was more to my liking, I would have liked purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I originally found the vehicle online and the sales rep emailed me an estimate and any other information I requested, promptly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

No follow through

After being assured over the phone that the vehicle I was interested in was available and could be driven, I drove 80 miles to find out that I couldn't drive the vehicle after all. They claimed it was in for detailing and they couldn't allow it to go out until they put stickers in the window. So I informed the salesman that I would be back the following day after work since I would be in the area. Upon arrival on day two I was told the vehicle was still unavailable for a test drive, but that I should put a deposit down to assure that it wasn't sold to someone else. I won't be back.

Bad experience

Was unfriendly, when he would ask me what I was looking for I would tell him and he would laugh at everything I said. My brother and I ended up leaving after he laughed at me for the 100th time when I told him I was looking for a payment for a used vechicle at about 200 a month like that was an insane request. He was uninformative and rude. Very dissatisfied with his service

Ben Willey is GREAT

I cannot say enough about Ben Willey and Lasco Ford....Ben worked so hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I can afford....what a kind, polite and I have to admit handsome young man....his mother should be so proud...everyone at Lasco was so kind to me also..thank you Ben for the new Ford Fusion....I'll be back in 3 years

Amazing and fast

Absolutely wonderful staff, fun experience, they worked hard to get is the deal we were looking for. Ask for Scott Skalski. He will do everything he can to help you get into your dream car! Super happy

Great dealer to buy a vehicle from!

Everything from sending my request on a vehicle, to signing the final papers, was great! The personal service you get from everyone here is far superior to most other dealers. A huge shout out to Andy Klepoch for getting me through the process.

Bought a new car from Andy Klepoch at asco Ford.

Great over all service friendly friendly and helpful, Andy found found me the exact car I wanted and did a dealer trade and had it there for me and ready to pick up in less time than I was expecting. Great service great salesmen and great dealership overall 10/10 I love my brand new car and I'm happy I had the pleasure of working with such a friendly salesmen at lasco.
