The impossible Edge

Mike M, Andreea and Shouen really made my first time lease expirience a positive one. They all made me their priority and I felt well taken care of. Especially since the vehical I desired was hard to find. Thank you again for making this a breeze. Thank you again, Katherine Johnson

Lasco Ford is family......now

Lasco Ford is my new family and so close to home. I know there are friendly people out there but this staff is so much more. My husband bought a Focus last year and I bought a new Fusion this year. My husband does not want to be around when I shop because I have to go over every detail over and over again. These people so earned their money! I drove Fusions with the back up camera and Fusions with the big screen back up camera, three different colors and a hybyrid. Andreea Mcgigor was with me on test drives (hours) at least 45 minutes in the parking lot looking at different colors and wheels. When we came back in she looked totally exhausted, but, she did a great job and I think of her more as a friend. Paul Zaagman was my sales guy and with the A Plan it was straight forward except for all those rebates not to mention Black Friday Rebates (and it wasn't even Black Friday yet) Danny Oda, I want to adopt him because he has the patience of a saint. At 4pm he sat in my car to teach me about sync and all the buttons to operate this computer on wheels. He made it back in the store 10 minutes before closing at 7pm. Any staff that can work with me and make me feel they really have my best interest are just really great people. Congratulations to Paul on that new baby.

Great experience!

Lasco Ford is hands down the best dealership I've ever shopped at! My husband and I had the privlage of having Andreea Mcgigor as our sales representative and she went above and beyond in helping us make the purchase of our Ford Escape fun and easy. We will definitely be back soon. Lasco Ford is lucky to have Andreea Mcgigor working for their company. We shopped around at other local dealers and were not happy with the level of service we were experiencing, other sales representatives seems to only be interested in their needs and tried to force us into the car they thought was best for us. Andreea took the time to learn what we wanted and made sure that we were completely happy. She was never pushy or rude to us, but patience and understanding. Andreea is super knowledgeable and very professional. I will be sending all my friends and family to Mrs Mcgigor in the future. If you are in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and go see Andreea Mcgigor at Lasco Ford.

Welcoming, informative and very helpful

I have had my car serviced at this dealership 3 times. They have a friendly staff that always greets me very warmly. I always ask them to explain the recommended additional services and they have always guided me through explaining everything in detail. I just got all of my tires replaced and they beat the discount tire price that I brought in and it blew my mind - they best the lowest price you can find! Love this place.

New truck purchase

Fair pricing on new (and used) vehicles. They gave me top market value for my trade in and fair market value on my new F150. I've been going to Lasco for about 10 yrs now and have never been disappointed in any of my vehicle purchases. The only downside is that they have a high sales person turnover rate. It seems like as soon as I get a good "working" relationship with my sales guy, they leave. But this has no real affect on their ability to make a sale, it just takes that personal feel I like out. My sales guy for this truck purchase was Nick Clark and his sales manager Brandon Beebe. I put those two through a LOT and made them work for this one but they both did an outstanding job!! I've also been using the service department for an equal amount of time and can say they have come a long way in the past 10 years. By far my favorite service advisor to deal with is Dave Furno. He always steers me in the right direction and works with me on my service needs. I'll be getting one of the Lasco Lifts ( Lascolifts.com ) put on next week :) I also cant wait to get my trucks first oil change done in the new state of the art service department. Thanks Team Lasco for making yet another vehicle purchase great and thanks Nick, Brandon and Dave for making the experience exceptional.

No need to shop anywhere else

Dan has taken care of my parents and my car needs for the past 6 years. I bought my vehicle from Lasco because of Dan. As long as I have the choice I will follow Dan to any dealership he works for to purchase my vehicles. Finding someone you trust makes the entire buying process a lot less stressful. I emailed Dan ahead of time what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I was able to spend. When I showed up for my appointment he had a few vehicles picked out for me and the keys sitting on his desk waiting. He made everything so easy. While Dan was off getting my trade in appraised and getting paper work ready I had time to listen and watch everything that was going on around me. I had more then one person come up to me and ask if I needed anything, any coffee or water. I heard a close by salesperson make a follow up call to a customer that had purchased a vehicle the day before to see if they needed anything or had any questions. I heard another salesperson make a follow up call to a customer that had decided not to purchase a car. She asked if there was anything that she could have done better with their interaction to earn his business. I watched one of the managers bend over backwards to meet a potential customers needs with what he was asking for his trade in. He personally went out to the vehicle to see if the appraiser had missed anything on the vehicle to increase its trade in value. Danny helped me move over my belongings from my old vehicle to the new one. He patiently explained the new features on my car and helped connect my phone to the Bluetooth. When the deal was made I got a standing ovation from the staff as I rang the sales bell. There was a radio station there visiting that day and I got free movie passes from them for purchasing a vehicle. There isn't one negative thing I can say about my experience with Lasco. My time is very important to me. The best thing about the day was that from the time I walked in the door till when I left with my new vehicle was only 3.5 hours. Usually buying a new car takes the entire day. Seriously there is no reason to shop elsewhere. Thank you mostly to Dan for being so awesome, but thanks to everyone else at Lasco for giving me such a positive experience.

First time buyer. Great service and hospitality

Worked with Blake Boan on a '15 mustang. Very personable individual. I enjoyed my purchasing experience at the dealership as a whole. He worked with me to find the happy median in price vs. down payment. I'm happy, the wife's happy, and I would recommend him and this dealership across the board.

Just about perfect!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The team at Lasco especially Emily Lorencz were flat out wonderful to work with. I will be back next January to buy a SUV for my wife.

Fantastic Experience!

Fantastic experience! In the last two years our family has purchased three vehicles from Lasco and each time it has been great! Definitely recommend! Will go back there for my next new car!
