There are 8 hours of my life that I can't get back

Shopping local is important to our family. And free car washes are a bonus. Walking in with EXACTLY what we wanted to special order and Ford employee x plan pricing we expected to quickly give a deposit and leave. What we got were high pressure sales. We ere shown a similar car in a different color and told that we could always have it painted or add decals. On a NEW car!??! We were approached by three different salesmen trying to talk us into purchasing a car off the lot as the one we wanted wasn't to be found anywhere. Again, We had in hand exactly what we wanted to order. We understand it will be 8-10 weeks. We know what we want and are willing to wait. We informed him that we were going to do Ford payroll deduction and wanted to wait for credit check until after the car was in. We were told that we needed to get a credit check to place the order. So we signed and later found out that they ran it through 7 (SEVEN!!) companies. Leaving a big black mark on both of our credit reports lowering the score a few points. When our new car (from different dealer) came in 11 weeks later we had to run the credit again because that was too long to hold the credit score. The worst part was that we were in that dealership for 6 hours. With jobs and children and things we would rather be doing SIX hours sitting at little tables while the salesmen run into their cubicles was not something we wanted to do. We placed our order but both of our guts were telling us that this wasn't want we really wanted nor how we wanted to be treated so the next day we pulled our order, received our refund for the deposit and drove 10 miles further from our home to order the car from another dealer. Boy, what a difference. Free carwashes for the life of the vehicle was not worth shopping here. Sadly I'll drive past Lasco to my preferred dealer for all future business. I'm disappointed that I'm forced to shop outside my immediate community to feel valued and respected by my car sales man. Ever been to a timeshare presentation? Get our game face on and eat a good meal before stepping foot into Lasco.

Going The Extra Distance!

Prior to buying my Escape from Lasco Ford, I went to other Ford dealers near my home. If it weren't for a mistake I made when trying to reach another dealer, I wouldn't have stumbled upon Lasco Ford and I wouldn't have experienced the positive buying experience I enjoyed when making this recent purchase. The Sales Associate, Shane Winslow and his manager, Paul Zaagman convinced me to drive the extra distance to do business with Lasco and kept their promise of putting me in a better vehicle for a lower cost than other dealers closer to my home. At first, I didn't think it was possible, but in the end, they sold me the vehicle I wanted with more features than I expected and at the lowest cost.

What you see is what you get (so be careful)

Lasco is without a doubt the worst dealer I have ever been to. Despite what is apparently an extremely low quality "172 point inspection" on used inventory, I think they buy these at auction, no matter what the vehicle's history, and sell as "good condition" for top dollar. They have a great inventory at first glance, but be very careful. You'll spend several unsuccessful hours trying to get them to lower the price or fix what should have already been done. Considering their reputation at pretty much every dealer around and our experience several years ago, I imagine you will be disappointed in the end. It's pathetic that they decide to skip making their inventory presentable while daily giving away 500 dollars cash during the week. They don't have good documentation, either. I didn't buy anything but they sent me a card for my vehicle's first oil change...the one I took in for the trade. The salespeople are courteous and polite, so the problem is incompetent management. This company was much better when Phil ran it.

2014 certified fusion

Andreea and team did a great job working late into the night to get the deal closed and get me a great car. I would recommend Lasco to others.

Outstanding Experience

I learned of Lasco Ford via the internet while looking for a Ford Escape for our son. We found the internet pricing to be very competitive, which is why I suspect so many customers were in the building. Lasco had a pretty good selection of vehicles, but most importantly the one we wanted. When I first entered the dealership I was surprised to see so much activity. I have never seen so many people in a dealership in the evening. I then learned that they are open every evening, not just Mondays and Thursdays. There was just a frenzy of activity going on with people buying cars left and right, denoted by the happy new customers ringing the bell to cheers and claps from the sales team and other customers. I found our sales rep, Erik, a pleasure to work with. Erik is new to sales, but not new to providing excellent customer service. Erik was outstanding to work with. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns and was able to articulate those to his management team. We negotiated a deal that I thought was fair to everyone. I thought Erik represented the dealership well, was friendly, honest, straightforward and worked tirelessly to make this deal happen. We worked until after close the first night and came to an agreement on an Escape. Everyone we worked with was a pleasure to work with: Erik, Blake, Alan, Jake and Danny. When we left that night, we knew exactly what our payment was and needed to come back the following night to finish the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. When it came time to finish up the paperwork, there was a slight difference in the payment amount that we had confirmed the night before. It wasn't really significant, just a couple of dollars, but there had been a misunderstanding about the license plate fee between Erik and his management team. To Erik's credit, he stood by his statements to us and his manager Alan Parker spoke with us in order to resolve the issue. Either way, this wasn't a deal killing difference, but rather a matter of principle. We all spoke for 5 minutes or so, and Alan made the decision to make a slight adjustment in the price of the car to get to the original number. While the amount was really insignificant, Alan showed tremendous integrity by backing up Erik. While our entire experience was excellent from start to finish, sometimes the little things people do tell you a lot about themselves. After this purchasing experience, I will recommend to everyone I know that is shopping for a new or used car to consider Lasco Ford. I personally would absolutely come back to Lasco Ford, and now I fully understand why so many people shop at Lasco. Don't forget to ask for Erik Getyina! Sincerely, Fred Arthur

Turned a negative into a positive

I came in after a head on collision and my car being totaled. I had a few days to sort through getting into a new vehicle. Flo was very good about walking me through my options as I told him what my needs were. I got a great deal on a 2014 Ford Fusion that even exceeded my expectations!! Flo even took time to help me return my rental car during his office hours. Thank you so much Flo and Lasko Ford!!

Terrific deal on 2014 F-150

Andreea was highly motivated to get us into a new lease on our 2014 F-150. From the initial visit thru delivery she kept us informed on daily progress as we searched existing vehicles. The final deal provided some pleasant surprises with added vehicle content at no cost to us. Would recommend Lasco for new/lease vehicle sales to anyone seeking an excellent deal.

Love the car - no complaints with the dealership

Any issues that we had with the dealership have been resolved to our satisfaction. They were very professional in addressing all our concerns, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We are now owners of a very nice 2014 Ford Fusion.
