Wonderful Experience

I found the experience of working with Emily and the team at Lasco Ford to be a pleasure. The follow through was excellent. Every person we’ve interacted with was professional and courteous. I felt Emily was very transparent and honest on negotiating the deal which unfortunately is not something I expect when doing vehicle purchasing. And she really went the extra mile by having the vehicle delivered all the way to us.

Professional, polite and experienced

Kayla Mangani was a pleasure to deal with. Experienced, courteous and professional. She accommodated my fluid schedule without complaint. Made the lease buy-out of our 2012 Fusion SEL painless. 2 Days later she made the purchase of a new Escape Titanium just as enjoyable. Excellent experience

Tom Thompson is the best car salesman I have encountered. He is genuine and hard working -- not at all like the fast talking, snake oil salesmen at other dealerships. I would recommend the Lasco Ford team to anybody. We got the car we wanted at a great price.

Driving and Buying Ford Fusion Hybrid

Dan was very friendly and helpful and acted as a go-between with service and finance to get everything accomplished. Jake was very thorough with his explanations of the "whats and whys" of all available to me as a customer. I especially appreciated that there were people available to do the runaround jobs necessary for the sale and trade-in to be smooth. (I had purchased tires that were on the trade-in; the original tires we at home in my shed. Lasco sent a courier to pick up the original tires, took off my tires at the dealership, put on the originals that day and returned my tires to my home the next day). Also, the technical person explained the important features on the car and offered to make an appointment for a convenient time for my return if I needed further explanation. All in all, a good experience.

A great car purchase experience.

We were treated like VIP's from the moment we walked in the door. Lasco Ford aims to please their customers and the experience and expertice of the sales staff shows it. This was our 4th car purchase from Lasco and our sales rep Emily Lorencz helped to make this experience a very smooth and easy transaction. The ringing of the bell and the excitement of the whole sales room was a nice touch. Fun! Thanks to Danny for helping to sync our phone and acclimate us to our new car. It was great to reconnect with Mike McKolay again (our favorite Lasco guy ever)! An overall great experience - Let's do it again in 3 years!

Used 2012 FX4

Sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drive the truck for 2 days before actually buying it. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

State employe offers an opinion

Pleasant experience. Good inventory of vehicles to choose from. Well organized staff in processing all the paperwork making it very efficient for the customer. Hats off to the support staff getting the vehicle in a near perfect state as we left the showroom.

Amazing

I'm so grateful for the staff at Lasco Ford and my salesman Ben Willey was amazing !!! They made me a promise and the didn't let me down !!! I truly thank them for giving me a second chance !!! I would recommend Lasco Ford in Fenton, MI at any given time !!! When everyone says no they say yes !!! Thanks tremendously ??????????

My New Ford Focus

I just want to thank Benjamin Willey, Shouen Newsome, Jarrell Hogan, and Daniel Oda for everything you guys are Great. You made my experience at Lasco very Comfortable and I appreciate you all. Very Respectful. I also love the team work I think when everyone is on one accord things flow better. I will be honest I didn't think with all I been through I would have a car but thanks to these Guys you made it happen. I'm happy, Satisfied and I have already told people about the staff at Lasco.Ben Thank you so much for your Eagerness, Jarrell thank you for the determination, Shouen what can I say thank you so much for lowering my payments, and Danny thank you for all your help for helping me with the functions of the car you all are the best sales men I have ever met and the Cutest??????.
