JJ Jones was a down to earth, real person. I didn’t feel like I was taking with a salesman who just wanted the sale. He was always available to answer any questions for me and worked around our families schedule. If your looking for someone to work with you and take the time to listen and help then this is the guy for you.

Stopped by the dealership on a whim to look at a couple of vehicles. Tyler was willing to show and explain the vehicles he had on the lot that came close to what I was looking for. Ends up that he had exactly what I needed and worked with me on my trade in for a very fare deal. I'm extremely happy with the transaction I had with Tyler and the dealership and will continue taking my business there.

We received really good service and was happy we came to Randy Wise to purchase a vehicle. We had looked at several dealerships before going to Randy Wise. Next time we make a car purchase we would start there first.

Stopped to look at a vehicle at this dealership and was greeted by Bryan Bickford. We spoke with him at length and test drove a vehicle. We spoke at length with him and others at the dealership. The next day we went back to see him and spent a few enjoyable hours with him and purchased a vehicle. The whole experience was enjoyable and satisfying. He bent over backwards to see that we were totally satisfied. We would happliy deal with him in the future.

If I wasn’t in such a hurry to move, I wouldn’t have bought the 2013 Equinox from this dealer ship. The car was incredibly overpriced for the damage done to it. The car wasn’t even detailed when I got it, it had rust on the passenger doors, the fabric was ripped inside, and it smelled like an actual cigarette. They were totally unwilling to budge on price because “ they were already losing money on it” at this point nor were they willing to offer any assistance in helping me get this fixed other than getting me a quote. I know have to pay near $1000 dollars out of pocket to get it fixed. I know that I’m mostly at fault for a lot of this because I signed the paperwork but I will not buy from this dealership again nor will I refer anyone to this place at all. Noelle was incredibly polite and did everything to help me get the credit application done but bearing how the car was presented to me, I suggest you go elsewhere because you will be treated better and will pay a fair price.

Noelle returned my call the very next day. She was extremely helpful, as well as friendly. She even took the time to show me another car from another Randy Wise store. I will definitely be back to see Noelle as well as recommend her!
