All the sales people are very friendly, and not the pushy Auto Sales type. I was comparing 2 cars and was really pondering over which one I liked. My sale person was Bryan, who was very patient with me while I made up my mind. Bryan took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how all the options on the vehicle worked.

I purchased a used 2015 GMC Acadia and Bryan Bickford was great to work with. I will definitely go back to see Bryan for my next vehicle purchase.

Great experience with the dealership, I had Bryan Bickford who helped me pick out my GMC 2015 Terrain. He went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle, it only took a couple hours from the time I stepped into the dealership until the time I left with my new car.

Purchased a used 2015 Yukon Denali from Tyler Waite. Tyler jumped through some hoops trying to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted and although I was being very difficult making last minute decisions he kept his cool and remained professional and didn’t get frustrated with me. Im not so confident with this Randy Wise’s dealership 182 point inspection on their certified GMC vehicles since there were some pretty obvious repairs required like a blown tail light and a tune up requiring new plugs and wires etc. I actually found my vehicle at a different location (Clio Rd Flint) and they allowed me to take it to Fenton to purchase it with Tyler who has been working with me. Overall a great experience the customer service was top notch.

Bought a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee from the salesman Byran brickford. He had the utmost professional demeanor and treated myself and my wife in the absolute best possible way. Tyler helped me get out of my Kia that was falling apart into a upgraded chrysler 200. I am no easy customer to deal with, they bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure I was happy. They were all friendly and inviting, I hope to make my next purchase with them in the future.

I contacted JJ Jones when I was thinking about trading in my vehicle. At the time, there were no vehicles in his inventory that were in my price range. I told him to call me if something comes in that I can afford, and is a good vehicle. I later received a call from JJ with the perfect vehicle right in my price range, that was at a different Randy Wise Dealership, roughly an hour from me. He took the time to have the vehicle brought to his dealership, which was only 10 minutes, allowing me to look at and purchase the vehicle . Great salesman. Whenever I need a vehicle, he will be the first person I call.
