I was in need of a new used car. So I went to one of the car Internet sites and spotted a very low mileage Buick my wife and I were interested in. I called the dealership the following day and fortunately was connected to JJ. He confirmed the vehicle was still available so we made an appointment to see it. It was just what we were looking for. I was concerned about getting rid of my old vehicle but was thrilled when they offered to take it on trade!! They gave us a very generous trade-in, and we bought the truck! We are thrilled with the new vehicle but also with the dealership and JJ. They treated us very well and made buying the new vehicle an enjoyable experience. We would use them again when we are ready for our next car.

We purchased a Yukon last year and had to have some service repairs. Kyle in service was extremely helpful in making sure that getting our truck fixed was as convinent as possible. He even took time to call and update us on the progress of the repair, and to reassure us that everything was going to be just like we were picking up the truck the first day we bought it. Today I picked up the truck, returned my complimentary rental, was shocked (and ecstatic!) that it was immaculate - vacuumed out, washed and beautiful! Very professional people, always greeted with a smile, would recommend randy wise and Kyle to anyone!

First - I pick my truck up, they tried to charge me 500. I said no I was told it was waived. Second, go to initially start it and it struggles to start but eventually fires up. I figured it's just cold and hasn't been driven. I go on. Third, pulling out, I can't see well and something just feels off. I just figure it's really dark and I need to get used to my truck again. Pull in to speedway to get gas and as I put blinker on a message says "blinker failure". Finally, I finish with gas and go to start...dead battery...I'm incredibly disappointed with the service as in the past I've had a great. I've had 3 straight leases from here but now after sneaky sales tactics of trying to "fudge" numbers and get me to pull ahead early and not being honest with my questions to now this, I am thinking to go elsewhere with my business in two months when my lease is up. Call Randy wise not 8 minutes after leaving but just 5 minutes after they close and no one answers. Frustrated beyond belief while I wait for assistance.

These guys are amazing!! I told them what I wanted and was looking for, and they not only had it for me, they worked with me and got me in my new car for the monthly payment that I was hoping for as well. Great people to work with!!

We found the vehicle online on Friday. We test drove the vehicle on Saturday and signed the purchase agreement. Monday morning we were driving my new Jeep.
