Even know i didnt buy the car i was looking at the help was amazing. I went and look at the car and was helped with car info and talked to friendly sales person.

SOMEONE BACKED INTO MY CAR IN A PARKING LOT. MY...

SOMEONE BACKED INTO MY CAR IN A PARKING LOT. MY INSURANCE COMPANY SENT ME TO RANDY WISE BUICK. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROMPT ATTENTION I RECEIVED FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED THERE. I WAS GIVEN VERY THOROUGH INSTRUCTION ON WHAT WOULD TAKE PLACE WITH MY REPAIR. I WAS KEPT APPRISED OF ALL DETAILS AND TIMING OF MY REPAIR. MY REPAIR JOB WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND ABOVE MY EXPECTATION. I AM GOING TO ONLY USE RANDY WISE BUICK FOR MY FUTURE DEALINGS AND INTEND TO TELL EVERYONE WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE PEOPLE THERE. WHAT A FANTASTIC SERVICE PROGRAM THEY HAVE THERE! I COULD NOT HAVE ASK FOR A BETTER SERVICE REP THAN I GOT WITH KENNY PAULSON. THANK YOU KENNY PAULSON AND RANDY WISE BUICK FOR MAKING ME LOOK BRAND NEW AGAIN!!

Everyone was very friendly and extremely honest. I've never seen a dealership price their vehicles based on current market values as opposed to just arbitrarily pricing it high, knowing most will not negotiate the price at all. I got a fair value for my trade-in and never once felt pressured to buy. I worked primarily with Dayna and Nathan, and they were extremely forthright about everything, which I cannot say about every dealer that I've worked with before. Highly recommend Randy Wise of Fenton!

For collision work they were great. Kenny was great to...

For collision work they were great. Kenny was great to work with on my repair. But do not buy a car from here. I have bought two new cars since my purchase from them and they will not get my business when it comes to buying a car.

Always great service - fast, friendly and reasonable prices. The waiting room is like being at home - very comfortable. And, you always have a car wash - like frosting on the cake.

We received exactly what we were looking for...perfect...

We received exactly what we were looking for...perfect restoration in a timely manner. Also, payment was easy since service department communicated directly with our insurer.

We unexpectedly needed another car due to an accident. ...

We unexpectedly needed another car due to an accident. We told Rob our budget and situation and he never once tried to push us into more. He was so helpful and nice. I believe he was entirely truthful in everything he told us. He took care of us quickly. We really appreciated him. We have already recommended the dealership to people. The car is wonderful! The finance guy, whose name I cannot remember, was also very nice, quick and knowledgeable.

OK,we received a recall notice couple times for a small...

OK,we received a recall notice couple times for a small part of this car, directed to contact this dealer. My husband called them last week and made appointment for this morning. So, my husband asked today off to drive there , and be told they don't have that part today!!! Also, told my husband to come back tomorrow!!! My concern: why told us to come today if you don't have that part? When we made the appointment, were told only Monday morning is for that recall. And, we also work, it is not so easy to ask days off.
