I bought a new 2014 Silverado and at that time I got the MAX warranty I could. The service department has been great. (ASK FOR CARMEN). I've had all my services completed @ Denooyer Chevrolet with GREAT satisfacation. I just can't say enough about great teamwork. Denooyer has one of the best It starts with with a great service agent (CARMEN) , the Mechanies (JEREMAIH, JUSTIN, JASON) doing a great job and keeping the service agent informed, and CARMEN keeping me up todate. My trucks going on three years old now and the mechanes with their inpections finding thing like trans line leaking, weak crimp fittings on eng oil coolaner line. During the test drive the inpector found that after pumping the brakes a couple of time pedal was hard, also heard a clunking noise in the front end. The brake vacuum pump was faulted, and left front upper control arm was loose. All of which was covered under Warranty. A greast team who cares about us driving a safe vechicleand saving lives. I appreciate the teams honesty and doing a great job.

Great and friendly costumer service! The service was onvtime as promised and shuttle ride is available if I didn't want to want for my car.

We shopped around online to take a look at a few sets before making our final decision. We visited them and went to just one other dealership and knew immediately that we needed to do back! They were kind and explained things really well. They weren't pushy, either which made a huge difference for us!

The service is good and fast. But the price of the parts is more on expensive side. They do have a shuttle service if you are living close to them.

My chevy Equinox has been serviced multiple times at DeNooyer and they do great work at even better speed. If you go... ask for Carmen to handle your service needs. She knows her stuff, gets you in and out without any fuss or unnecessary delays. Ask for Carmen!!!

Mechanical work 115 dollars an hour I wanted them to look at one of my windshield washer sprayer was told it cost 60.00 dollars just to have a mechanic look at it then what ever it cost to fix ..while waiting on my oil change I walked around looking at the prices of new and used cars and trucks I've lived in 4 different states this dealership is by far the most expensive even the used car area is over priced find a different dealership too buy a car or truck this dealership is over priced...

Scheduled ,Notified , Completed - couldn't have been a more pleasant experience . My dealership reminded me of the scheduled maintenance, e-mailed me as a followup and was waiting for me when I arrived. More importantly they greeted me by name.

Brought our truck to Denooyer to get a diagnosis, when we received the car back there were HUGE scratches on the driver side! They said there was nothing they can do about it since there were no cameras and the mechanic said the scratch was already there! Unbelievable!
