Had a deal worked out, they sent over a purchase agreement, I then sent to my bank to finalize. Unbeknownst to me they put in the agreement that I would be putting a $2500 deposit down that we never agreed upon let alone discussed. They then told me I had to come down there and put down a deposit or they would possibly sell it out from underneath me while my bank finalized financing. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The sales manager Justin is horrible to work with. I would run as fast as you can.

Wonder people at Robert Denooyer, helped me all the way through my first purchase.. my vehicle wasn’t even in processed yet and still got it detailed and too me the same day!

Esther is a fantastic person to deal with and she is very understanding and respectful either way whatever decision . If I ever have a concern or a conflict with this car, I know she will have my back and walk me through my concern or conflict. She is a very personable person

Bought a used Chevy Malibu. Wheel bearing goes out and then want to charge me 900 dollars to repair. Salesman lied to me promised no problems. No loner car when brought in for repair. Lied about average gas mileage. Charged me to diagnose problem. Outrageous charge for repair 900$ but took to other repair shop which only charged 300 dollars. DON'T TRUST ANYONE THERE, THEY ALL LIE TO YOU

The team did a great job. Extraordinarily responsive, explain my options, strongly recommend! I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism and quit communication talking me through my options. I’m not a huge car guy, so it was nice to have the expertise that DeNooyer offered.

Nate was a new salesman but Barb and l was very impressed with the way he took care of us getting help when needed it finding the car we wanted and in our price range great experience

My wife and I just got another Equinox after our other one was totaled because of a driver (not me) running a stop sign. We didn't think we could get another one until the insurance was completed, but Dave Kemper told us to come on in and see him. He was extremely sympathetic to our situation, and by the time we left the dealership not only did he get us into another very nice beautiful red Equinox, but it was also a year newer!
