Exceeded my expectations

I purchased a 2003 Passat, within 20 minutes if driving it off the lot I noticed a mechanical issue. Ethan, Sale person, was quick to get the car towed and into a VW Dealer. After a few weeks and a few bumps in the road, Denooyer purchased back the vehicle and got me into another vehicle. It was a frustrating experience at first, because the third party dealer wasnt horrible, but I couldn't have asked for a better Sales person and Management was willing to do whatever was necessary to fix the problem. They have earned my business for life.

My experience was frightening they lost my keys!

I was there to ger my car looked at from a recall I had 2 years ago and they told me it would not cost anything, I dropped off my car and signed a 0 dollar amount because that's what I was told, they did a diagnosis without my consent and tried charging me 112 dollars. My dad was going to pick the car up and bring it to my normal mechanic to get it fixed since they did diagnosis and found that what was wrong was going to cost 400 dollars, when my dad came to pick up the car they said I had to pay they won't give the keys. I called and said no while he was there and they said actually some guy reached in the window took the keys and drove off!!! Hoping it was my dad they said, they are going to call the place because he stole the car without paying, I told them that my dad was waiting in the lobby he doesnt have the keys?? At this time I'm at work wondering who stole my car and why I'm getting these threatening calls when my dad is in the lobby waiting?? So I called and their mechanic never put the keys back where it was supposed to be and assumed my dad was a theaf. I was wondrring why they would say they saw a guy put their hand in and grab the keys and took off if no one ever saw this hapen. Never goING to recommend them to anyone they are not organized or caring they were rude.

Very Trustworthy

For starters, it was a miracle that the car they had listed as being available online was actually on the lot. Out of about a dozen inquiries this was true three times. Rob was the salesman that approached me and showed me the vehicle. He wasn't pushy and even expected me to take a day or two to make my decision. Once we began negotiating the price of the vehicle it was clear that my upper limit and the dealership's lower limit was off by a few hundred dollars. In the end, they came down in price and sold me the car. They also sent me away with their service records showing which repairs they had completed, which I appreciated. The employees here seem to really want to serve the customer. And they don't cut corners when it comes to reselling their trade-ins.
