Working with Pete Shearer is always a plus - one terrific...

Working with Pete Shearer is always a plus - one terrific person who happens to sell cars. The gentleman who we were escorted to after Pete, Bill, I think? The warranty guy. He was very intense, and I found that to be a rather unpleasant experience. Didn't have him the last two times we bought a ford. Service guys are very polite and caring. Great service department!

Maintenance Records and Service

I dropped my Ford Fusion 2016 off for Oil Change, Radiator Flush and Fill, Tune-up Spark plug install, and 4 Wheel Alignment. I was greeted and my car was brought inside. Later when I picked up the car I was just told to pay and the car will be in designated area. To my surprise, I was not given any paperwork on the Chart showing Calibration for Alignment, what my percent of brakes left on pads, percentage of tire wear...etc? Nothing to show me what was inspected etc.. I ask my service person for paperwork and all she gave me was a sheet of items but none were checked and nothing was written down to show me.. Felt like did I get Spark plugs changed, Did my radiator really get flushed and filled, and did I get a 4 wheel Alignment... Why I ask all this is because I had new struts and shocks put on and i was told to make sure to get a Alignment or tires will wear badly like my last pair did... JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THE WORK WAS DONE. Alot of money spent that day.... Thanks for listening

Easy to call, make appointment, picking up the vehicle, calling when work is complete and then returning it to me. Very easy for me And i will call again for service.

I truly feel incredibly disappointed in ther "service" I...

I truly feel incredibly disappointed in ther "service" I recieved from Barber Ford. I took my Mustang in for an Airbag recall. A couple of days later I get a call from Barber Ford letting me know my part for glove box was in. At no point did they make me aware that they had not only broken my glove box during the recall but they also bent the face plate as well. That's not even the worse of it. Once I took time out of my day to come back and have them fix WHAT THEY BROKE. I never received an apology. No member of management addressed the lack of customer service. When I finally get in my car to drive home I find the mechanic had left greasy hand prints all over both the interior and exterior of my car. I truly expected more from Ford. I doubt anyone from Barber will reach out to me to make this right so I guess I'll have to wait to hear back from Ford customer service.

Pete is great to work with! We have made a great friend...

Pete is great to work with! We have made a great friend with Pete and enjoy seeing him during our visits. Our son also sees Pete for his car purchases. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Always friendly and efficient service. If something isn’t done just right they bend over backwards to correct it. All employees at Barbet are positive and very competent.

Lost my trust in this service department before when I...

Lost my trust in this service department before when I found them not doing the items they checked as completed. Don't know if they did this time or not as the oil life monitor was not reset. Do know I complained about brakes grabbing and almost dangerous when wet. I was told this is common on the Edge. Nothing done. Also complained about snapping and cracking noise when opening and closing tailgate. 1st told they didn't hear anything. Later told me they found the problem and would require the body shop to fix it. Same problem they fixed before after 3 days in the body shop. Normal quality service??

Good Service

Very good place.They check your car over for possible problems even though you are in just for a oil change.They even wash your car.

I can count on Barber Ford for service and good advice. I’ve tried others closer to home but have not had good experiences. I think they also have fair pricing.
