pretty good. slower than expected, but finally got done after some pacing. It usually takes longer than the original estimation, I should have known better than to schedule something after the service. My own fault, not theirs. Nice people.

oil change and recall work

The service department was excellent on courtesy and timely on the service.... they are all so nice, I was really impressed with the fellow that kept me updated on my vehicle while it was being worked on...Lithia should be proud of those guys......

I bought my truck from Lithia one year ago. I took it in for its first service since (only put on approximately 2500 miles). The service was great. I dropped off my truck without an appointment and they then drove me to work. They fit me in when they could and that is flexibility that I really appreciate. Thank you Lithia!

worst dealership I've ever been to in every aspect

Their salesman and management were very rude and inconsiderate. They have very poor technicians that can't even change oil. The guys running the service desk was good though. He was very polite and willing to help. They did however spill oil all over my pickup and never bothered to clean it. Then when they came to my house to get it, the kid took it the long way to the dealership. Never again will I ever go back to Lithia.

Horrendous customer service

I have been looking for a truck for sale and found one here at Lithia I took it for a test drive and the representative had let me know that the vehicle was newly traded in I need to go in through their service center to have a part replaced and that was only going to take about two days he indicated he would give me a call once the vehicle was repaired and that we could work the deal at that point after not hearing back from the dealership for four days I decided to stop in and ask if the truck is been fixed yet I was told that the vehicle had been sold the same day I took the first test drive and was no longer available when I asked Management why I had not been contacted when the vehicle was repaired they told me that they were in the business to sell cars I will never be referring anybody to this dealership nor will I ever bring my business here again.

Ryan had horrible service

I contacted the dealership via e-mail about a car they had. I received a quick response from a salesman named Ryan. He was polite and we started discussing making a deal. He immediately low balled what I asked for my trade-in and asked if we would have a deal. The answer was no as I had been offered several thousand more by other dealers. I didn't think much of it as I know it?s the normal salesman way. Anyway he asked for the VIN and pictures which I promptly sent. Ryan said he would get back to me later that day. I never heard from him so I called and made sure he received the info. He said no and he had been extremely busy all day and had not had a chance to check his computer. Anyway I sent it to him again via text as well just in case. Thought I would give him a chance as we all get busy sometimes. This time he got it and he said he would get back to me in the morning with a deal. The next morning rolls around and nothing. So I text him later that day and he says he will have the package deal all set up for the next morning. He was going in early just too specifically work on it (his words, not mine). The next morning rolls around and you guessed it. Nothing! At this point I was done as it had become obvious he was not interested in selling a car to me. So just be aware do not do business with Ryan at Lithia in Pocatello!

Absolutely above average service in all areas!

We bought a 2013 Dodge Charger from Lithia in September of 2013 and had a great experience. Had to have some warranty work completed and it was done in a timely manner and handled great. We just traded it in for a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday and the entire process was wonderful. Jordan was fantastic and really listened to what we wanted. He didn't try selling us something that didn't fit what we were looking for and everyone really worked with us. Couldn't be happier with everyone there and we are now in the process of getting a new truck as well. Wouldn't want to do business anywhere else!

Awesome Experience

I came into Lithia Dodge not too long ago and purchased a Ram. The salesman were all really cool and I actually enjoyed speaking with them, which was uncommon in my car buying experiences before. They showed me everything thoroughly and showed respect at the same time. Awesome time overall! Definitely recommend these guys.
