Service over and above!

Every employee I dealt with was courteous, professional and polite. The service was well done. They even wiped down the dash and cleaned the inside of the windshield! Service over and above, just like they always do!

Incompetent

Needed retrofit for seat heater due to shortages at the time of purchase. Was told they would require my car all day to do this. Contacted another dealer and had the work done in less than an hour. After having oil change done at Simms and found key left in car parked outside with window down do not plan to return!

My GMC

I was notified of a diagnosis of my vehicle. All of the people I encountered were courteous and helpful. An employee drove me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle when the repairs were completed.

NOT HAPPY

My husband and I have been there twice. We waited over an hour for the salesperson to find the truck we were interested, he couldn't seem to manage the computer well. He left us in his booth and returned several times. Never found the keys to the truck. So we asked if we could walk out and look at it. It was cold so we ended up driving out and found the vehicle. While we were out there the salesman walking out to us with the phone to his ear. I asked him if he had found the keys. He waved me away, he was on the phone. We eventually got in our car and left. We don't know the salesmen's name and he never took our name nor our phone number.

Oil change and tire rotation

Oil change and tire rotation along with complete car checkup was done very quickly and all that was done is always gone over with me so I know everything is alright. I am always completely satisfied with their service.

Used cars

Do not buy a used car here they do not stand behind there product. I bought a car and 5 month later my $10,000. Car has now turned into a $17,000. Car that will still need more work thank you Simms. so now it sits in my driveway while I make payment and I now drive a old pick up. Should have never went to Simms
