Simms Chevrolet Company

We were looking for a new traverse and had difficulty finding one like we wanted until running into Aaron Adams at Simms in Clio Michigan. We thought it would take a week or more but before we made it home Aaron called us to let us know that the vehicle could be picked up the next day. I'm not saying this could happen to you but the effort was great and so was the dealership. Very pleased and this dealership will see me again when the time comes for our next purchase.

I took my Saturn Vue in for service. It felt odd under acceleration, and the Service Engine Soon light was on. They diagnosed that it needed a catalytic converter. They could replace that. However they had no answer for the way it was accelerating. The catalytic converter took 11 DAYS to replace and cost $1100!!! A ridiculous amount of time for an exhaust repair. I took the car to a real mechanic and discovered the transmission needed work!!! Had Sims told me that, I wouldn't have had the converter replaced! Simms didn't have a transmission repairman, so they could only make money from the converter. I recently bought a new Malibu, it wasn't from Simms.

I contacted simms chevrolet by email inquiring on a used truck. Twice No one ever responded to my request. Bad business.
