Awful Service on Warranty Job

Brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler in for the Auto Start/Stop feature because the light was on that it wasn?t working. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, all they did was change the battery and say to ?drive it for a bit and see what happens.? A week later, it is still not fixed. I brought it back to the dealer and they said ?I could drop it off for a day or two and they could see what they could do.? 2 days without my only personal vehicle is not acceptable especially after I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for a 10 minute battery change. Extremely extremely disappointing, and will not be returning for future service work or purchasing.

New car sales

My wife & I stopped into Transitowne in Elma to look at a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4X4. We were greeted with a friendly hello and assisted by salesman Mike Kelley. The entire process was honesty lighthearted and hassle free. I must say with over 30+ years of car buying experience this was one of, if not the best thus far. It truly was a fun experience and we weren?t there for hours on end. After driving the gorgeous vehicle we met with new car sales manager Travis Alessi. He was straight forward and we negotiated a great price. There were no phony phone calls or let me talk to my manager nonsense. The process was quite jovial. Wrapping up financing with Mark was timely and smooth. We would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to coming in for service as the waiting area is beautiful. A+++++ all the way!

Sold me a used car that a waste of money

I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion used, within a year of only local driving I started having issues such as the real axel needing to be replaced. I brought it in to be repaired, the tech changed the repair price 3 times and then became impossible to get a hold of, he was always on lunch or not available. It ended up being there during lockdown. It was supposed to have had the brakes done, the axle replaced, oil changed and checked over for any other issues that may be needed to be repaired or were dangerous. When I finally got the car back I made it a whole 10 miles away before the battery was dead beyond a jump and needed to be replaced by AAA. I called Transittowne and he told me it wasnt his problem. Not even a month later and the car shut off mid intersection, no longer runs at all and has a totally dead battery. Also, the transmission line is rotted through, something that the Ford Dealership saw almost instantly when bringing the car in for a recall. There are a ton of issues with it internally that didnt just happen while parked in my driveway. It is not driveable, I cannot afford to get it repaired, I wasted $10k on something I cant use. Hopefully, it qualifies under the lemon law, I am contacting the state tomorrow morning. Also, I still havent gotten my second key fab. Ray was having trouble finding it when I bought the car. It never turned up. On a positive note, Ray Riodorian was easy to work with and a good guy.

Very trustworthy advice. Did not try to up sell or tell us we needed service no needed now. Been customer since 1987 and will continue.
