I am very happy with the purchase of my new Jeep! Bryan Metcalf was very nice and quickly got me into my Jeep. The whole process was quick and easy.

Salesman was very polite and helped me get my price. Delivery of my Ram 1500 Classic was quick. Salesman went over how to use the features of my truck.

They will give you a good price but beware if something goes wrong with your vehicle. Not helpful, make excuses, don’t take responsibility, and make false promises. After the engine blew out on our Jeep after only 4K miles, vehicle was in shop for at least 2months straight after 2 previous engine problems. Only thing they did for us was a free oil change. Socked us with the $400 disposition fee at the end even though they promised they would not since we had so many problems with this Jeep and that it was our third one from them. In the end they denied making such a promise. So much for customer loyalty. Use Northtowne or West Herr. UPDATE- In response to my complaints Transitowne mailed me a check of goodwill to cover my lease disposition fee. Not sure what changed, last I spoke with someone I was told they could not do anything about the fee- so it was a bit of a surprise when I received something.

I had a great experience getting a new lease, Corey Collins was excellent. Very nice and informative. This was my second lease from Transitowne and I will keep coming back.

This is the seventh vehicle I have purchased from this dealership my sales person is Ron hutch. Ron has been courteous and more than fair throughout all negotiations. I am extremely satisfied

Travis finalized the deal and while Gerald ran to get the vehicle I wanted that was at one of their other locations Tyler helped me out. Last but not least Mike the finance guy explained everything well and was very straight forward. Overall just a great experience thanks to the excellent staff. If you don’t give these guys a shot when your looking your making a mistake. I live 35 min away and pass many other Dodge dealers on the way but it was totally worth it. Thanks again guys!
