Disappointed
After purchasing a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee we found that they do not respond to the customer after the sale is completed. My husband and I have both contacted our saleswoman and also a manager without success. The car does not have any floor mats which upon having a conversation with the sales manager who drove the car stated that when he drove it they were present. The car has the wrong car manual. They have continued to state that they will look for them. No response. The car was not detailed as requested by us when we purchased the car. They will no doubt work with you while purchasing but do not expect any follow through after. Sloppy business. Better look at a places that treat the customer well before during and after purchase.

6 weeks and still not fixed,less than zero stars if possible
I brought my van there three times and after 6 weeks the check engine light is on I received one phone call in 6 weeks after contacting them many times their customer service is horrible the ability to repair my vehicle is non-existent

Shout out to Travis as well because he too gave me the awesome deal I got on the 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I bought my first car from transitowne in 2013 and have never strayed away. My experience was professional, quick and easy
Travis the stores GM was AMAZING and extremely Helpful with questions and helping me figure out the best Jeep for me at a great price!!tony my salesman was awesome and also helped my process along very smoothly. Marc in finance was great and also entertained my daughter w toys while we were in his office!! Overall it was a great experience and it was my first time buying a Jeep and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend tansittowne! Great costumer service and awesome experience!!

Poor service all around
I bought a Jeep from Tyler Geisler. He was disrespectful, and poorly informed on most issues. When a question arose, he would need to get up and go ask his manager. In response to most statements, he would make comments in a joking manner that were disrespectful to me. Additionally, he ignored my preferences when searching for a car, and instead searched for expensive cars out of my price range. When I had finally picked out the car, the tires were missing caps for the air pressure and upon the sale, he had lost one of the keys. Now, I had to take off of work, go in on a tuesday morning with the old key and wait for them to make a new one. Apparently, it was not his problem that I needed to do this because I bought the car so quickly after coming onto the lot. No apology from him whatsoever for losing the key in the first place. Finally, there is a non-disclosure agreement that clarifies that my information will not be shared with any outside companies. Just today, i received a call from Sirius XM trying to get me to purchase a subscription for the new car. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my car buying experience and very upset at how I was treated by Tyler Geisler.

Disappointed
I bought a used car and less than 6 months after having the car, the transmission needed to be replaced. The dealership refused to do anything to help. Find a dealer who is willing to stand behind their vehicles. Don't buy here!

HORRIBLE Service.
When I purchased by car from Transitowne they did not attempt to pull my chain or feed me the standard BS that most dealers do.. that came AFTER I signed my title over, switch my insurance and then waited for over 6 hours for the finance office to take me in to sign the bill of purchase. While in the finance office I felt belittled and betrayed. I was told that they were able to get me a decent interest rate (Which should have been easy because I have good credit) but when their clerk asked me to sign for the car he informed me that my interest rate would be 7.49%!! Clearly this had to have been a mistake as they told me I would be getting a good one? When I asked the clerk he spoke down to me and made it seem like he actually tried looking for a rate and this was the best one he could find. I was sick and tired of waiting (for over 6 hours) and just wanted to take my car and go home so I decided I would just search for a better rate and re-finance later to which he WRONGLY said that there would be a penalty if I did that. I also informed him that the dealer would be picking up the DMX fees, where he then said "What you can't pay for them yourself? Are you sure we agreed to that? He then tried to get my dealer on the phone who was apparently not available. After waiting about 10 minutes for him to fail at getting the dealer on the phone he said "Okay fine we will cover the DMV fees" at this point I was just ready to leave while I still had some amount of happiness for getting my new car. We signed the paper after he hard sold me on buying the warranty for the car and I was out the door, almost my entire saturday wasted. 4 months later I was able to locate a much better loan and refinance for 3.99% IN LESS THAN AN HOUR OF SEARCHING. Their finance representative is LAZY and RUDE. As I was leaving they informed me that they were having issues with the car passing inspection and they would need me to bring it back after 100 miles and they would take me RIGHT AWAY and get the inspection done. The first time I brought the car back I was told that I would have to wait between an hour to two hours by the lady at the desk, I informed her I was told other wise and she then told me there was nothing she could do and that the wait time couldn't be changed so I proceeded to go speak directly with my dealer and the manager and they SOMEHOW managed to make that wait time disappear, unfortunately they couldn't get the car to pass inspection. Well 100 miles turned into 200 miles into 500 miles and one more visit back and they just couldn't figure it out they had told me they would fill up the tank every time I had gone there to have it checked and they didn't fill it up a SINGLE TIME. THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT THEY COULDN'T GET TO PASS INSPECTION. After the 5th trip they told me they would be sending the car to their subaru repair shop and that they would provide me with a rental. I told them that I would not be paying a dime for the rental and they agreed that I wouldn't be. After they finally got me to the rental place they wanted a deposit for the rental car which I refused to pay as I told them I would not be paying anything for the car. They eventually picked me back up and told me they told the dealer not to let me take the car home because they couldn't get it to pass previously. The next day they FINALLY had a rental car for me where they just gave me the keys and I was on my way. The next day they discovered that the car had an ECU from the previous owned and needed it to turn the tune off of the car so that it would pass inspection. After that was done everything with the car ran smoothly. Fast forward now 6 months later and I bring my car in at 10:30am on a friday morning for my FREE oil change (At least something good will come of this mess right?) and I'm told that it would be at least an hour and a half wait and thats if they could find the filter for my car, and that they don't do appointments.
