Transitowne did an amazing job! I needed two vehicles desperately as it was not safe for my family anymore. I was in close contact with Alyssa who was a delight to work with. She transferred me and my partner Dawn to (T.J.) all together we were very impressed with how fast the dealership was able to put together two cars and get us into low payments given our financial situation. Tj was very friendly, outgoing, and funny what was huge for us is the kids loved him and he went out of his way to fill the car full of balloons!!! I will admit I hate going into dealerships. Me and my wife argued for weeks about buying a new car, long story short we ended up going into Transitowne on a Saturday just to LOOK. We where greeted by T.J. we told him what we were looking for in our next vehicle and before you knew it we were leaving with a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. Out of everything though our favorite part of the buying experience that me and my wife agreed on was how well our salesman connected with us and our small family. The best part was T.J. went out of his way to make a scavenger hunt for scratch off cards in our OWN VEHCILE it was fun for the kids and us as well. Went to Transitowne to look at some Jeep's . A sales associate by the name of John G came over and introduced himself. He was a very nice guy and was very helpful didn't expect to buy that day but we test drove a Jeep Renegade and bought it the same day had a great experience would definitely recommend this place

Picked up my 07 ram 1500 last week had a great and easy experience with the best sales girl in the world nicole she was funny and very professional i was able to test drive my truxk thursday and drove off with it friday made things bery easy i would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to transit town A++++++++

Came in just to look at a certain vehicle. I didn't expect to buy because I currently had a deposit down for another vehicle at another dealership. Anyways I started talking to the managers and explaining my situation. I wanted to be around a certain payment and loved there 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They turned me over to the salesman (T.J.) who was very professional and funny he sold me my current vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) I couldn't be anymore happier.
