Salesman James may was ready willing and able to assist us in finding what we were looking for. his understanding of our situation was comforting and was well received. Pat is a friendly personable sales person, who will guide you through the many great vehicles the dealer has to offer. He is fair in his pricing and sales pitch leaving the sale and pricing to you. We would highly recommend him and Transitowne.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service from Jeff. My son came in a day earlier looking for a car that would be affordable for him and still being something he liked. He got all the information he needed that day, brought the paperwork back to me and we cam in the next day to finalize the deal. It was extremely easy and time efficient when i got there to finalize my sons deal. My son couldn't even the buy the car when he came in to look that day but was still treated excellent from Jeff and the staff. We will be back for the next one!

Worth driving 70 miles to buy from Transitowne! Peter Igielinski took excellent care of us. We were able to buy the Jeep we wanted (option-wise and color-wise) at a price that was better than any dealers could offer us in Rochester. There was no pressure to add on anything to the deal though we did decide to go for the 10 year rust warranty ($500 total, a no brainer for those of us who live in Western NY).

I came in looking to Lease or Buy a Jeep Renegade, and Bill Syzmanski took me right away and answered all my questions and approached the entire process in a very laid back, yet professional manner. I ended up purchasing and driving away a Renegade that night!!!
