Best First New Car Buying Experience EVER
I was looking for a new car because my current one was on it's last leg. I searched around to a few different places and finally found a honest and super helpful salesperson to assist me with my very first brand new car purchase. I thought I wanted a Jeep Cherokee and left the dealership after I signed a paper saying I wanted a Cherokee. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, my current vehicle broke down in the road right outside the dealership. I limped it across the street and called AAA. My salesperson, Jeff Persutti, volunteered to drive me and my children to enterprise so I could rent a car for the weekend. I ended up renting a minivan (even though I swore I would NEVER own one!!) and the ease of putting car seats in and the room inside was just too amazing to pass up. I called Jeff on Monday morning and told him that I changed my mind and wanted a minivan instead. Not only was he not upset that I made him retrieve a vehicle from another location and didn't end up taking it, he made it very easy for me to change my mind last minute and get into something I really loved. I will own this car for years to come and I know my kids will be happy and I won't be crammed into something that looks cool but just doesn't work for a young family. So goodbye Jeep Cherokee, hello Chrysler Town and Country. I am officially a minivan mom and I couldn't be happier. Jeff really took care of me and made sure that I had a ride to and from the car rental place and was really a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone if they are looking to purchase a vehicle!

daughter's first vehicle
came to transitowne after visiting other area car dealers.. very positive experience for my daughter's first vehicle. we met with salesman james may who was very helpful and gave alot of help in finding the best car for a 18 year old. looking foward to more positive experiences working with transitowne!

Great place to buy a Jeep

Fast and Freindly
We stopped in to price shop a new minivan. Met with Bill Sienkiewicz and left with the keys to our new vehicle. Bill listened to what we wanted, our price range and made it happen.
