I cannot say enough about this dealership and their top of the line salesmen! I came in to purchase a brand new 2015 Wrangler after numerous family members had their great experiences. I was able to meet with Tim and he was able to secure me exactly what I wanted. Kept in constant communication with me the entire time and showed me all of my options. He was able to get the jeep I wanted at the price I needed, with some extra cut off! Between Tim, Pat, and Pete, I don't think I could have been in better hands. Seriously top of the line customer service. Not a single problem or complaint to be had, everything was perfect start to finish. And to top it all of, I LOVE my new vehicle! Would recommend to anyone looking, serious or casual!

Met with the salesman and explained that I wasn't too hopeful he (Transitowne) could beat any of the other quotes I had been given for the exact same vehicle at other dealers. Within 15 minutes the deal was done and I walked away with a $20 a month lower payment. The vehicle I wanted was at another dealer over 100 miles away and they had no problem making a dealer trade to get what I asked for. Delivery was on time without any issues. I was looking for a new vehicle for our basset hound rescue. Bill and Pat knew what would suit my needs and drove out to their other location to bring back a different model. It was absolutely perfect! I was buying the car by myself and they did not have any high pressure sales tactics that made me feel uncomfortable. I enjoyed them and listening to their dog stories.
