I came in to buy a Ford Maverick XL at or near MSRP. I clarified that I had low expectations, did not want any frills or extras, and they helped me make a factory order. Sure enough I got my simple basic reliable Ford Maverick XL a few months later. At every step in the process the people I interacted with were straight forward and honest. They offered me additional services but did not push anything. The day I came in to get my car, they rolled out a red carpet, put my name on a sign, and welcomed me into the building. The process was easy and pleasant. No better place to buy a car exists as far as I know
