Stay away. They erased my Dash car from the 25 mil
I had my car in for service. How many miles does it take for a test drive? My car was driven 25 miles. I wanted to know why. I have a dash cam in the car. When I went to see where my car had been driven to. someone wiped the footage off the SD card. I gave no one permission to touch my dash cam or any data on the SD card. Why did this happen?

In order to protect the technicians privacy, as well as trade secrets, the dash cam was unplugged during work and test drive; and replugged once we were done with your vehicle. Most of our customers appreciate that we take their vehicle for an extensive test drive to ensure the problem they were experiencing has been fixed. Once work on your Escape was completed, the technician took the vehicle for a test drive. As an additional measure for QR purposes, the Service Writer also took your Escape for a test drive.
