Extremely professional
The whole experience from the dealership servicing my qx60 with a repair under warranty was extremely professional. They treated me with respect and were timely with the repair. I would come back to this dealership to buy my next car.

We just purchased a new QX 50 (our 7th Infiniti since 1998). Out two daughters drove several of these amazing cars. The very best part is working with the staff. Craig Ressell (who is now the executive manager) has helped us several times with our purchases, and each time he has gone above and beyond to make certain every purchase was perfect for our needs. Exceptional service in everyway. The Service Department has always been terrific over these many years. This is an exceptional dealership.

So close! Hopefully it'll work out next time.
To be honest, purchasing an Infiniti was not even on my radar until just a couple of weeks ago when I test drove a 2014 QX60 that just so happen to be sitting on a used car lot that I visited with the intention to check out another SUV for my daughter. After test driving it with my wife and daughter in tow, I was reintroduced to the quality of the (Nissan) product. I've previously owned 4 Nissans in the past including a Hardbody, Pathfinder, Altima and Maxima and had (for the most part) great ownership experiences. Although this QX60 was older with more miles than a car we'd actually consider buying, I began searching around for a newer and lesser miles QX60. I found a 2017 model at Infiniti of Grand Rapids that looked like it could fit the bill nicely for me and my family and had hoped that I could negotiate a deal on a trade for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that would work for me and the dealership, but after about a week of earnest negotiations on both sides, unfortunately I wasn't able to make the number work for (us) right now, so I had to pass on a purchase. Having said all of that, I was treated, as I would expect from a luxury brand dealership, with a high level of professionalism by the sales team and relationship manager who assisted me through my search and even provided me with an at home delivery extended test drive which allowed me to have the vehicle undergo a thorough pre-purchase inspection at my car repair shop. So in the future, when I'm considering a vehicle purchase, I'll definitely keep an Infiniti in mind and seriously consider returning to Infiniti of Grand Rapids to purchase my next car.

Worth it!
Best choice I've made for a vehicle through a company i originally knew nothing about. I recommend them to family and friends because of how the vehicle has been and the staff has treated both me and my vehicle.

I am disappointed in the correspondence regarding a car purchased. I was told that the car went through inspection from the garage and felt ok about it because they actually sent the car (after the inspection) to the Audi dealership to have something repaired that was covered under warranty. The overall inspection was done at Infinity Motors where they changed the oil and tested various functions expected (brakes, etc). However, I took the car to my local Audi dealership because of a leak under the hood that appeared the first evening of ownership. First, I learned that the oil put into the vehicle was the wrong type of oil and had to pay $147.00 for an oil change to have it all drained. Second, I learned that the power steering unit needed to be replaced to the tune of $1229.00. There were other things missed in the inspection, but I only asked for these two, very obvious repairs to be covered. I asked for a response within two business days and they quit corresponding with me as soon as I pointed these two items out that could have been devastating the life of the car if not taken in right away (one day after purchase) I’m disappointed to say the least in the lack of being told, repeatedly, “I will make sure the car is good because I want this to go well and for you to like it.” At minimum, they should expect more out of their own auto technicians and make it right. It’s not my style to leave a review like this, but I have given plenty of time for them to respond. I need this fixed.

Couldnt be happier to be a part of the Infiniti family
We're new to the Infiniti family but not new to buying cars. Over the last 30 years and only needing to deal with one "car guy" we have been spoiled with complete transparency. My first attempt to purchase was through another high end car dealership and experienced the "typical" BS one would expect. I then called Ha at Infiniti, simply told him how I prefer to work, the transparency I expect, the honest directness I like and guess what? Ha provided the EXACT level of service I requested. I not only would strongly recommend this dealership due to their extensive level of customer sat and thoroughness but also will be back to buy my next two vehicles.
