I highly recommend Infiniti of Grand Rapids because of the following reasons. Sales was no-pressure, I didn't feel rushed, and I found Ha to be very trustworthy. Highly professional and very polite. They listened to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. Didn't try to push me into something I didn't need or want. Quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy from credit approval to signing everything was extremely smooth. Quick and clear communication both in email and on the phone. Was very responsive to my questions even on the weekends and evenings. No games at this dealership and very attentive to my needs. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises), the extended warranty was even offered to me at a steep discount. The salesperson went above & beyond, allowed me to personally inspect the vehicle while on the lift, and even allowed me to take the vehicle overnight for a test drive. I've now owned the vehicle for over 6 months and have been back to the dealership for service and I still couldn't be happier. Truly a world-class experience. Adam and Brandon are both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are the ultimate service professionals. They are always patient and kind when they are explaining the service requirements to me. I have been there twice for the required scheduled service maintenance, but each time, it is so easy and enjoyable to go there. I also sold one of my cars recently and they gave me a really good price. Everyone that I have dealt with in this dealership is super kind and friendly.

I have never had a better car buying experience! I went in on a Saturday morning and the car was delivered on hour away on Monday. They took care of everything from insurance to even an actually plate upon delivery. This is the third car purchased at Infiniti of GR and will not be my last.

Refreshing no pressure dealership to do business with. We had a great and such an easy buying experience. Receptionist had a great attitude and very attentive. Sales was courteous, professional, informative and helpful instead of pressuring for sales. Sales also followed up after the purchase, nice touch.
