Exceptional Service

I was extremely happy with the care and service I received from the Terry Morris Collison Center. Jim kept me up to date on the status of everything and they handled all the back and forth with my insurance company. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Terrific buying experience and great service

The service staff where very accomodating. The work that needed to be done was completed tested and done on time.

Relaxed, Easy going sales room.

Neighborhood Ford dealer just down the road from my home. Several F1 50s to choose from. I got the truck that I wanted at the price that I expected. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't want.

Service

I had my vehicle looked at for paint bubbling and was told that it was a possible rust issue and that it needs to to in the body shop and I would be contacted as to when it could be brought in for repair. I have not yet been contacted as to when it could be done. I am waiting to be contacted. Surely they know how far out their work is scheduled.

Oil change at last minute

Called during the day after a morning time at work. Scheduled the Works oil change, etc. Also reminded service advisor ( Rob George ) to check brakes as per recommendation from last service. Was expecting to have to leave car and return the next day. Rob said it could be done that day. It was. Excellently as always.

nice visit
