GREAT DEALERSHIP

WE ALWAYS ENJOY COMMING TO MORRIS FORD.SERVICE IS ALWAYS DONE QUICK AND CORRECTLY,AND EVERYTHING THEY DO TO YOUR CAR OR TRUCK IS DISCUSSED WITH YOU FRIST.THE STAFF ALWAYS SHOWS THE UTMOST RECPECT AND IS THE FRIENDLEST AROUND.WE DON'T FEEL LIKE A CUSTOMER,WE FEEL LIKE THERE FAMILY.

Car owner

Should routinely check if NYS inspection is due. Forgot to tell Service Rep. Have to return for NYS inspection that should have been done previously.

Excellent Service With a Smile

The staff were friendly and helpful as always. Excellent service manager and advisors paired with knowledgeable technicians. A fantastic experience.

oil change service and detail

service was excellent, i also had truck detailed, the interior was spotless???. very, very happy with the work performed????..

60000 Mile Service

Rob was great, he always is. I was a little shocked at the labor to change the plugs, then I Googled what had to be done and found out that I got a good deal! I'll be back.

Quick and very thorough service

My car was serviced very well. Needed my oil changed and they took care of that as soon as I arrived. The Service Manager called to inform me I needed to have a seal replaced in transmission and that was taken care of. I appreciated the fact that everything that needed to be done was taken care of. My rear breaks needed new rotors and I was informed of that before anything was done. I was very pleased with the service I received and my car runs great.

A wonderful, caring, clean place to do business!

From making the appointment, to signing in with my Escape, to getting my car after it was serviced was all handled with courtesy and care. I respect Morris Ford because everyone there treats the customer with respect!

Service was good, originally thought they would need the truck overnight but got it fixed in one day. I would appreciate when my vehicle is fixed and when they know I will be picking it up late they NOT PARK IT WAY IN THE BACK OF THE LOT! The waiting area needs serious re-vamp including some areas to sit with a computer.
