Took truck for service as requested.

Took truck for service as requested. There were no issues with the service or people doing it. When I purchased the vehicle there was a long lag time from the company but once the dealer got the vehicle purchase was easy.

My sales Rep, Emily, was an absolute pleasure to deal

My sales Rep, Emily, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting my vehicle - very professional! My time spent in the Sales Managers office was not as bad as anticipated but turned into a fiasco. We told him we had access to low interest loans and he promised he could do better. He said he would call with the final numbers prior to picking the car up and he never did. I almost walked out when Emily explained the 5.99% deal we were about to sign up for. I have since acquired a 4.24% loan through my credit union and paid off the loan the sales manager probably got a good commission on. Furthermore, a few days after picking the new car up, I was informed I had overpaid for a different vehicle and received a refund that I applied to my new loan. I will never walk into a sales manager office again. If the salesman can't, or is not allowed to complete the entire purchase, I will go where they can.

Ordered a new vehicle from Morris Ford in Burnthills New York. Overall experience was very good. Ordering process was quick and easy. When it was time to pick it up, all went well, and Kevin made it fairly painless.

We had excellent treatment by the staff in the building.

We had excellent treatment by the staff in the building. Also had efficient processing of the purchase of our truck. All were welcoming and pleasant to speak with.

Very smooth experience.

Very smooth experience. Service writers friendly and efficient. Work was done in a timely fashion. The new brakes work very well! Overall, I was very pleased!

Work done well and earlier than expected.

Work done well and earlier than expected. This was regular maintenance task; always used Morris for special needs. Now using them for everything.

Buying process was fine but the check engine light came

Buying process was fine but the check engine light came on when the vehicle was just over a year old in May. 5 Months later and 5 visits later the check engine light is still on. After every visit, the CEL comes on the next day. It has been an extremely frustrating process to say the least.

We have gotten our last 5 or 6 cars from Morris Ford and each experience has been as pleasant as the previous one. My wife and I lease 2 vehicles. We currently have a 2024 Ford Edge and we just traded in our Ford F150 for a 2024 Ford Explorer. While I liked my truck, it proved difficult for my wife to drive because of the size so we decided to go a little smaller. I still like a bigger vehicle with plenty of room to carry things and at least seating for 5. I have always been interested in the Explorer so we decided to give it a try. I have had it for about a month and it has so far exceeded my every expectation. On two recent longer trips I averaged 30 MPG and driving this vehicle is a joy. Although I do miss my truck, I don't miss it any where as much as I thought that I would. While the vehicle is great, it's even better to have a salesman and a dealership that are equal in quality to the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. It has always been a great experience getting a new vehicle and it is equally as pleasant to have it serviced there. Bottom line is a great lineup of vehicles and the same great group of people at the dealership!
