Great service

My experience there was great this was my 2nd time having my fix there and both times Shawn was very helpful he Gave me a rental told me how long it would be called and told a few things I needed to know and that was good and every time I picked my car up I had a car wash the service is very good

Service at Bob Maxey Lincoln

The service that I received from the team at Bob Maxey Lincoln was second to none! I am always treated like I am their only and most important customer. The team consisting of Marty Rutkowski in sales,Sean in the service department and Mark who picks up my car and delivers it back are the very best! This is my fifth Lincoln with this dealership and I have never been disappointed. I have family members and people that I work with that I have steered toward this dealership and they are all in agreement Bob Maxey Lincoln is beyond reproach!

service on my 2006 Milan

I had the front brakes replaced on my 2006 Milan. Sean was the agent who checked us in. He was very helpful. He called with the diagnosis, and regarding pick up. I have hardly driven my car since the brakes were replaced. But they seem to be working fine. I will continue to go to you for service on my car. I have been waiting to complete the survey as I have not really driven the car since picking it up from the dealership.

The Best Service In Town

From the very first day that I leased my MKZ in 2008 and eventually brought the car, the staff has been the BEST! The service reps always pleasant and informative every time that I need their service. I planned to stay with this Dealership as long as my car last.

great service

Considerate, knowledgeable and timely. My only other comment relates to "value" - the cost for the purchase and installation of a new battery seemed higher than it should be. I do admit to not have done any research on the matter - just relying on prior experience and intuition.
