Excellent service, great employees

I liked the new remodel, even though I thought the office should be little quieter for the employees sake. While waiting for my car I visited the show room and one of the gentlemen took the time to answer my questions.I enjoyed the visit and will continue bring my car in for service.

Purchased MKZ- used, my salesman was excellent. He was very thorough at giving me all the options for financing and going over the car.

6 months car maintenance

I purchased my 2013 Lincoln MKZ lease car in March of this year. The service was excellent and the staff was very professional and helpful.

Service could not be better. Phill Zang is the best service manager of any dealership I have ever, ever used.He arranges for my car to be picked up for service, driver is on time.He is honest on what you may need or not need. Regarding my experience at Bob Maxey Lincoln

Always outstanding service, especially with Ryan as service advisor. I have a low tolerance for incompetence, and have rejected poor service at other auto service establishments. Only one reoccurring problem, there are no sales brochures in the Service Waiting area. An invitation, to review the new models while waiting would be nice.

OIL ETC CHANGE AND CHECK UP.

SERVICE WAS OF NO KNOWN PROBLEMS. OIL CHANGE/GREASE JOB. NO PROBLEMS NOTED. WAIT TIME A BIT LONG BUT NOTHING THAT INTERFERED WITH MY DAILY PLANS. SEE YOU LATER IN THE FALL FOR FOLLOW UP ROUTINE CHECK UP OR MAYBE EVEN AN UPDATED NEW LINCOLN. NEW MODEL LINCOLN. A.OLIS

AMAZING Customer Service!

2011 Escape, in for body work, due to my questionable driving ability. Brought the car in Thursday-Bob Powell looked @ the damage. He placed the order for the parts, called me when they came in-so we scheduled repairs on my day off work. Shuttled me from and back for p/u. Had workers @ the house-had to bring dog w/ me to dealership w/ me for p-u. Whole experience was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
