Great Service, clean facilities
We have been using another service for a simple oil change because of it's fast service. Bob Maxey Lincoln was just as fast with better service including the inspection of other systems. We have a Ford Taurus and we will certainly be using Bob Maxey for all of our future Ford service needs. Thanks.

Great experience at a dealer
The staff at Bob Maxey was very attentive and very helpful to my needs. They took the time to explain all the services and the repairs that were done to my mercury milan. All the staff was very kind and knowledgable. What a great place to have your vehicle serviced.

Excellent service and friendly people...very clean
When looking for the MKC I was given the best options to fit my budget prior to purchase as well as when my car was ready for delivery it was brought to my home for the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. My sales person also took as much time as I needed to make sure I new how to work all of the features in my vehicle as well as informing me that my first two years of oil changes are free...I am happy to be back in the Lincoln family.

Popcorn is delicious
The issue fixed Thursday 12/11 should have been fixed Tuesday 12/9; low tire pressure. Does not 'fix it right the first time' still apply?
