I'm been buying from your dealership for over 20 years and almost all my purchases have been from Greg Winnie. He always has answers for any questions I have or he gets right back to me after he gets them. I've never had a problem, not even the slightest from any of your departments. I keep coming back because of all your employees friendliness, and professionalism. I love my new Impala, I can't say enough about how great everything is on it. Keep up the great work.

Horrible follow through and customer satisfaction!
Don't expect anything! I purchased a used truck at Al Serra. Sales person stated my that it would go through 152 point inspection. Later, no sorry bring your own mechanic. Then, they can replace the seat belt be isse it was wadded up and almost non issuable. Then, salesman said sorry they won't replace. Just try to die it a the original color. Then Salesperson said, it will be cleaned before you receive. It was not. I spent three hours on it at home. WORSE PART: Then I paid for the undercoating that was included in Plan A. Do NOT DO THIS. They over sprayed and coated my chrome running boards. Took another three hours to try and remove. The spray has ruined the finish on my running boards. So far, zero movement from dealership and zero communication!

Large inventory, clean facilities, great service.
You have a very large inventory to choose from and your sales rep, Ron Rawlings, delivers everything that is asked of him. I would recommend your dealership to others as well as having my son buy a car from you as well.
