All the vehicle information, costs and special features were well handled and explained. Jim Papatheodore took his time to make certain I understood all the information and accommodated all my requests to look at all my options.Overall very good experience.

excellent service,quick and friendly

Samantha was excellent. I received more information about service that I may need on my vehicle than at any other visit. She exceeded my expectations on the answers about service and service specials,and her personality was a plus. What a great way to start off my morning! Thank you Al Serra.

Good customer service

I was able to get right in when I came by and my wait time was actually less than what was quoted. Adam Griffin also explained the A-team service that is now provided at Al Serra.

Great Service

Service was fast, thorough, and done with a big smile. Ms. Christina Stamm, the salesperson, made sure that no time was wasted. When it was lunch time, she ordered the food for all of us, a party of 4. Please note that we came from Midland MI, 73 miles away from Al Serra Buick. Even if we were 200 miles away, we would still go for the new 2014 Buick Escalade Christina offered because of its very affordable price.

Excellent service, very clean, nice selection

I came into the dealership and told the salesman what I was wanting for a car and Joe the salesman found exactly what I wanted and made the purchase extremely easy. It was the best car buying experience that I have had. I would buy from this dealer in the future.
