Super sales person, great communication

I knew what I wanted and they were able to get the vehicle for me the very same day. Even the license plates were available.

2014 Cadillac CTS 2.0T

Steve, Scott and Jim all worked as a team in getting me out of my lease clean with 11 months remaining and into my 2014 CTS at a payment I could afford. Great team work across the divisions (Chrysler/GMC/Cadillac) with one common goal; making me happy.

Great customer service, ok mechanical service

Steve in the Dodge Service Center was great! He kept me well informed on a daily basis while my vehicle was getting warranty work done. When I encountered some situations that I was not satisfied with, he listened and made sure I was connected to the proper person would could resolve the issue. The mechanics dept is another issue - one of the noises that I brought my vehicle in for is still happening - it was never addressed/fixed, so now I will have to bring it back.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable building.

My wife and I enjoyed the friendly sales staff. They worked with us on a good price on a Subaru Outback, and they also gave me a good price for my trade in. The Subaru Building is a comfortable place to be in.

Great Buying Experience

It was a pleasure working with Mike Schwartz and the team. This was my second new car (GM PEP) that I worked with Mike in the past 6 months. I was out of town on business when GM notified me about the car being available and 4 days later when I returned from my trip I had the vehicle. Great job!

Nice sales people

We found the car we wanted on your web site, went into the dealer ship met a sales person, drove the car and bought it all within 3 to 4 hours and he two days later Delev. it to my wife at home, I was out of town.
