Wonderful selection of vehicles to choose from

Friendly, accommodating, willing to go the extra mile. The facility was very clean even though under construction. The sales staff really worked hard to meet our needs.

Great service, clean facilities

Great service! Schedule an appointment to get my oil changed, and although I was running a little late due to the road conditions Kia Service did not cancel my appointment and got me right in. Not only received an oil change, but Car was also vacuumed and washed which was a nice surprise!

Great no haggle expirence

Great customer service

I asked to look at a car and go the chance to test drive it before checking my credit which is what I wanted. Once I liked it we proceeded forward, I appreciated this.

great service, fast financing

Fast, courteous, and extremely fair. In and out in less than three hours with a pre-owned certified used vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great new or seed car.

Good service but very slow/long wait!

The salesman was very helpful (Ron Allen). It is always really busy and I did have to wait for over an hour a half to buy the car. I have tried going to the service area to get a new key fob and it is a several hour wait. I still don't have it as I cannot possible wait that long to get it and wait the 20 minutes for them to program it. As of now I'm waiting for a day off from work to try to get it done.

Love the Volkwagen Dealership

This was my first visit to your VW dealership. We own an Audi and VW is the parent of Audi, but typically we have to go out of town for service. This experience was fantastic. The service writer Dan took great care in my vehicle, diagnosing my problems, ordering parts and following up. You will have a customer for life at your VW center.

Best car shopping experience ever

Our salesperson, Mark Siefert, was so easy to work with. He made the entire car shopping experience stress-free, even fun! We ended up with a car we love, and a car payment we can feel good about. I truly feel we got the best deal possible right from the beginning, no haggling necessary. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get out of our previous lease early, but Mark made it so easy! We will most definitely be back to see Mark when it's time to lease again. Thank you, Mark and the entire Al Serra group, for a great experience.

Service Visit

I pulled in without an appointment, the staff were very friendly, the service was prompt, I was in and out in 35 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Excellent work.
