Great Service, Great People

My overall shopping a buying experience was phenomenal. From beginning to end everyone was nice and helpful, and most of all, realistic. No typical car salesmen stereotype of pushing around and getting you out the door. Nick Bishop and Josh Gordon were great, and are a great asset to Al Serra.

Great Service, Many Cars To Choose From

They were willing to work with me to get the pricing I could afford on the vehicle I wanted. I came from Washtenaw County after leaving another dealership, and I'm glad I did. My husband will be car shopping at Al Serra next summer.

Great Service

Took my 2000 Monte SS in for paint repairs - young man at body shop was so very helpful. One job was covered by insurance & the other I wanted fixed, he was so patient. Car came back just great!! Thank you!!

Great Service

As always I was treated with respect and kindness on this visit. Adam took the time to call my Warranty Company to verify whether or not my repairs were going to be covered and they were, saving me hundreds of dollars. He is truly an asset to the Serra organization.

Very clean facility, punctual service

No issues with communication. I was constatly updated of progress on my vehicle. The work was done completely and I received a nice checklist saying what was done and the condition of other wear/tear parts.

Al Serra Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram truly DELIVERS

Tim McDonald was very professional from the time he first contacted me until I took delivery of my new Ram 1500. I came to pick out my truck and take delivery of it the same night. I showed up about 6:15 pm and he made it happen for my family and I that very night. He was polite, went above and beyond, and truly worked hard for me.

Great Experience

The salesman, Mike Schwartz, made this a hassle-free experience. This is the second Sorento I have leased through him, and if another KIA is in my future, I will see him again in another 2-3 years!

Al Serra Was Excellent Experience

Our salesman, Ron Allen, was great! Very well informed but no sales pressure. Immediately buffed out surface scratches and applied touch-up paint so exterior of used car looked terrific!
