I made an appointment for my yearly maintenance and regular tire rotation and oil change. I went right in and the things were done in exactly the time estimated. They also wash my car, which helps me because I live on a dirt road.

Ron Allen. He was honest, insightful, and helped us get the best vehicle with the features we wanted in our price range. Was very honest and attentive. We had bought a car last month from him and he made sure any issue we had was taken care of. I absolutely will refer anyone here and I'll be back when it comes to getting a new vehicle!

I came in thinking I would have to pay out of pocket for the work I needed on my car, come to find out it was under warranty thank god. I really appreciate the young lady that took care of me i was so stressed about the repairs that I needed just to find out it was under warranty that I did not know that I had. She made sure that I got the best financing & rebates possible. This is my second car from Al Serra's & will not be my last. Everyone treats you very nice.

My salesman, Greg Winnie, was very accommodating. He answered all questions regarding each of the vehicles and their features. He also explained the differences between leasing and buying the vehicle. It was most helpful when he compared the prices of the vehicles I was looking at along with the discounts to help me make a decision. We had given him the vehicle numbers I wanted to see ahead of time, and when we arrived he had the vehicle ready to test drive. I appreciate a salesman who has the confidence to allow the customer to make their own decision, but one who also draws attention to the essential features of the vehicle. It encouraged me when he was genuinely happy for me finding a vehicle that fits my needs. Greg also had great follow up after I had picked up my Equinox. He made sure that all of the paperwork was in order before I arrived for delivery of the vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Winnie and your dealership for any of my friends and family to purchase a vehicle in the future. We will probably come back when my husband gets tired of his Saturn and wants to trade it in for something new.
