I was in and out within the specified time frame. Jackson checked me in and made the daunting experience of getting service done on my old reliable a fast and warming interaction. Jackson is amazing!

Subpar service.

Subpar service. I kept having to call for updates on my car at every step of the way. The suggested repairs were very expensive and the final paperwork that I received didn’t outline the suggested repairs, even though I had to pay for the diagnostics. I’ve been a customer at Al Serra for the life of my Chevy HHR. You’ve done most of the large ticket work to my car. I don’t think I’ll be returning after this last visit.

Cody was great.

Cody was great. He was fast, efficient, kind, and helpful. He showed me exactly where my car was when I returned to pick it up. This was very helpful. I have had the experience at other dealerships that they hand me my keys and I am left to wander around the lot looking for my vehicle.

I bought a new car by myself for the first time. Called Al Serra and told them what I was looking for. I was put in touch with Jeff Saber and he made sure I got the car I wanted. He was so friendly, helpful and professional and went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you soooo much!

I recently acquired a 2018 Kia.

I recently acquired a 2018 Kia. I reached out to the Kia service department trying to get information on any recalls or ignition issues regarding antitheft of this vehicle. It’s been over a week since I left the first message with the service manager no return call. It’s now three days since I left a message for the manager. You get one chance to make a good first impression. Kia not good. I will find another dealership Will never shop your facility.
