Great experience, simple process

I had help every step of the way getting set-up with my new lease. My experience was extremely pleasant and Jason was awesome to work with. So quick and easy! I also love my new car. Would recommend doing business here to all of my family and friends!

Excellent Dealership

My wife and I have had nothing but great service from the Al Serra Grand Blanc team. Brad is the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure to work with. His efficiency and professionalism have made our vehicle buying experiences all 10 stars. The service department has always met expectations.

Worst dealership service department

Had to wait 3+ weeks to make an appointment and then they held onto my truck for 2 days without even looking at it. The employee made comments about having to sue the warranty company they sell because they look for reasons to not cover parts. The service manager is rude and will tell you they don't do timelines there so please know you're dropped off your vehicle to incompetent people who don't know how to hold appointments but would be the first to complain if they were mistreated, disrespected or had their time wasted. After they take your 50k for a truck and 6k for a warranty you're absolutely useless to them unless they can have your vehicle for weeks on end

Love our new Blazer

Kyle was excellent. He made sure from the start the the vehicle we were buying had everything we wanted. He kept us informed of our order progress and he didn't try to push unnecessary features or warranties on us. He was very professional but friendly also

Listing vehicles that they don’t actually have . Wasted my time with countless emails and phone calls. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone seriously looking for a vehicle

Hi, sorry you could not find the vehicle you were looking for. Vehicles only are removed from the websites after a deal is finalized. So, as a result, a vehicle can be in the process of being sold and shown as available. Once sold, vehicles are removed automatically. If you are looking for a vehicle, please work with a sales advisor as they will be aware of incoming units and available units on the lot. Thank you.

They do not care after the sale is final!

Buyers beware…..Al Serra is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I’ll start by saying that my salesman Jon was the best part of the experience. Jon was key to keeping me from completely loosing it with the place. He went above and beyond during the sale and after but it was the rest of the dealership that has turned me away and I will never recommend anyone go there. This isn’t my first horrible experience with Al Serra either. I decided to give them another chance thinking my previous experience was a one off but I was dead wrong. This went south in a hurry. I added an accessory to my truck that Al Serra was to install. I specifically stated absolutely DO NOT drill holes and they decided to drill 2 holes and not even seal or protect them just leaving bare metal. Oh but they offered me 2 free oil changes to make up for it….unbelievable. You just created thousands in damaged but want to give me 2 oil changes. That was my breaking point. The next piece of the puzzle was a mirror that was damaged before I took delivery. It took them 4 weeks to finally decide to fix it and they had the truck on 2 occasions for multiple days each time. When I finally did get the truck back and the mirror fixed I found an overspray of some kind completely covering my mirror, my windows and on my doors…I’m still trying to get all this overspray off my truck…...it is literally everywhere….absolutely unacceptable but I will never let them touch my vehicle again not even for a wiper blade. My previous vehicle from them they crashed the day I was supposed to pick it up. They made all the repairs and their repairs completely fell apart. Clear coat came off, paint chipping off but for my trouble they installed roof marker lights for me…. Yeah with self tapping screws and no sealer. They leaked like crazy and they never did fix them properly even though they said they did. Once that sale is final they couldn’t care less about you and your vehicle. I nor anyone I know will ever purchase from them again. It’s worth your time to look elsewhere, I know I am. Very sad too because Jon was great. Jon if you ever switch dealers let me know.
