Recently had our first oil change done on our Cadillac ATS. It was a great experience. Super friendly staff and I was 100% satisfied with the service provided. AL Serra treats it's customers like V.I.P's I'm one happy customer.

Went for headlight bulb replacement and BCM reprogramming for brighter headlights - called ahead and they ordered the bulbs and called me when they got delivered - did the headlight Product Improvement Technology bulletin - got oil changed to full synthetic Mobil 1 and tires rotated ........ 2 hours and on the road.

My car was repaired at my office after a tire was replaced on my rim.

Never would I have believed how easy it would be to find and buy a used vehicle. I had car work done by the insurance my front end was crush and the service department did not want the insurance to pay for something else that was leaking they said that it was from normal wear and tear instead or saying this was not leaking because it wasnt.
