Aaron was great. Had an appointment to see a used truck, when I pulled in to the dealer the truck was sitting out front ready to go for me to test drive. I was in and out with purchasing the truck within 2 hours.

I bought this vehicle without seeing it and was totally thrilled when I arrived to pick it up! Aaron explained and showed me how to use all the features so I drove off not being overwhelmed with the technology.

Employee removed mask and coughed in his open hand. Luckily he was behind plexiglass. Hopefully he washed his hands.....disappointed.. concerned for coworkers as well

Bought a new traverse and with 142 miles on it and I have transmission issues. Sales won’t work with me to get a different new traverse. First time I’ve bought a brand new vehicle and it’s been a terrible experience.

I spoke with the sales and service teams, and it looks like they have your Traverse in to look at the issue and have offered you a couple of options, including an extended bumper to bumper warranty, which you chose. Service department was friendly and very helpful. Appreciate very quick turn around. Only concern, residue left on rims after placing new tires on. Last positive is the availability and use of loaner vehicle is greatly appreciated!!
