This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I needed help and they are very informative, honest and helpful. Aaron was my sales representative. He was so friendly and he really listened to what I had going on in my life and what kind of car I needed to accommodate while still staying in budget. He took the time to really explain all the things about my new car and offered future help incase I have any questions in the future. Shane was there to make the financial aspect come through. He is a miracle worker! Thank you so much to both of them! Also. This place is very clean. With everything going on right now was nice to see good safe practices. I will enjoy my car and when it comes time again this will be the 1st place I go!

Larry's service was excellent. He was very patient in taking me through the various models and features I wanted. He explained all the technological features with me when I took possession of my Equinox. Shane was also exceptional in his expertise and thoroughness. Great overall experience 😀

Not pleased. I wasnt informed of diagnostic fee. Spoke with gm and they said general procedure is either to be paid in full or explained before any work is started. And in my case it was not.

Michael was very excellent during the start and end of my buying process. I mentioned to him what I was looking for and he showed me plenty of options. Even after the final purchase of my new equinox he’s there to answer any of my questions, or concerns. This is my third time working with symdons and I plan to come back the next time I need a ‘new to me’ car. Thanks again for the continued help.

The sales and service staff are great to work with. When we need service, they fit it into our schedule. We purchased both our current vehicles from them and the sales staff worked with us to find vehicles that fit our needs.
