I had a decent experience with Symdon. Good price on my car, but I didn’t get a huge rundown on it and I still have yet to receive the manual for my new-used car. They were super busy which I understand but it seemed as though there were other salesmen that weren’t as busy. Took a while to get the keys after everything was signed and the car was detailed. Wish it was a little more detailed. They took an hour and I’m sure I’ll have to take it somewhere for a more extensive one (one pocket/drawer still had stuff from the old owner in it)

Appointments easy to make, never a delay, complete explanations. Always remember me, even wearing a face mask. Very friendly and answer all questions. Great service, great sales team.

Service was speedy and terrific job. Took care of all work requested as well as the recall. I prefer to drive out to Mt Horeb rather than the dealer 2 blocks away because they always do a great job!
