10/10! Aaron, along with the rest of the Symdon team made the buying process a breeze! They were super friendly, knowledge, and easy to work with. They worked with my schedule and stayed a little later than normal to make sure I was set up and ready to go. Would definitely recommend :)

I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle of a car I was planning to purchase elsewhere. I went to the dealership with no notice I was coming and told them what car I was looking at. They handed me the keys and said take it for a drive. When I returned from the test drive and told them I was stilling thinking about it, they said that's fine and told me to let them know if I needed anything from them. No high pressure sales what so ever. A very pleasant experience. When my wife and I went back,we told them we were deciding between two different vehicles, it was the same experience. In the end, we purchased the vehicle from them because they were able to match a lower price we found elsewhere and we loved the experience.

It was great working with Aaron Boczkiewicz. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Aaron was efficient with getting us set up to test drive a few cars. He was ready for us when we came back to buy the Equinox with the paperwork.

Symdon motors was fantastic to work with. They listened to what you wanted in a vehicle and tried their hardest to meet your request. They never tried to change your mind or opinion and never felt pressured into a situation. I highly recommend working with them when purchasing a vehicle.

Had an issue with the battery on our 2018 vehicle not holding a charge. Spoke to several staff at Symdon as we tried to troubleshoot the problem, They were kind enough to offer an appointment first thing Monday morning to test the battery and replaced the battery and resolved the problem. They offered me a loaner vehicle without prompting and allowed me to drop our vehicle off and take the loaner to work for the morning. Our vehicle was repaired within a few hours and they called to let me know it was ready. Outstanding and helpful service.

They had a large selection, including the car I wanted, at a fair price. Aaron and Shane were easy to work with... it was a smooth operation.

I had warranty service on my tail gate latch as it was sticking and not always unlocking. My bed liner may have been causing it to bind.

Noise in headliner retainer loose and rattles. The work was completed while I waited. Was very happy with the results and the friendly service I received.
