Always get appointment when needed have a loner when I need it. Clean place all around. Any of the salesmen will help if ur salesman is out for the day.

The service department got my work van in and out and back on the road quickly and fixed correctly. As a small company, it is important that we have our vehicles in and out quickly to keep us running and the service department does just that. Great job

We bought a vehicle not sold a vehicle. No detail kit available nor tags. Where asked too leave a number cause finance was too busy so we left. Went back too get tags & needed assistance with getting pandora to work salesman and another could or would come out too look to help. And was actually told I could go to Zemmermen Chevrolet dealer & that they could help it's a warranty thing. So very confusing. And still haven't got a call for under car spray protection that was payed for?. Nor a detail kit available. So definitely things too be looked at. Would appreciate any help with. Thanks mark

I would like to start about the repair shop of this dealer. in December of 2017 my wife had a complete front brake job including rotors, which she needed. They did charge a premium price but not a big deal since we have all our work done at Symdons. well in July of this year (2019) her rotors has gone out of round they pulsated when applying the brakes. she called symdons and they said they were only warrantied for 12 months, this was 20 months after the brake job. I did check all other parts store prices and warranties and all of them have a 2 year warranty on the rotors. They do not stand behind there work or parts. Now, onto the sales. Let me tell you that Jack the sales manager and the one who gives you a price on trade in will not give you a fair deal on your trade in and will never give you a good deal on a new vehicle you would like to purchase anymore. My opinion ever since GM got the bail out they are taking advantage of there regular customers. My wife and I and my father in-law have purchased 6 new vehicles in the last ten years not to mention having all of our work done there. This has come to and end and I am going to take my business else where since they do not even have the decency to contact me about this situation.

We only take's our vehicles to Symdon in Mt. Horeb for service. They never try to push us into something that doesn't need to be done. Great service we can trust!

All work done quickly and on time as promised. We have always purchased our trucks here because of friendly sales and good service. Love the truck.
