Buying from California I was a little worried at first but this turned out to be the greatest experience I've ever had buying something. Besides absolutely loving the Tahoe I bought the staff was phenomenal! Unlike some of the other dealers I was talking to Michael Thieme was very kind and understanding about what I wanted to do. Michael helped me through the whole process and I'll be forever grateful to him! Then I was introduced to Shane Jenkins who also was very kind and understanding of what I wanted. Shane got me everything and MORE for what I needed with my loan. I couldn't be any happier right now with these guys and Symdon Motors! Even though I live in LA I'll recommend this dealer all day everyday!! It was a pleasure working with them and I can't tell you how nice it was to work with to guys that were just honest about everything. Jack and his service guys were terrific. I came in for an oil change and they discovered an oil leak. They loaned a car immediately (with this being my first visit - no questions asked) while they fixed the issue. Jack explained everything to me specifically and took time to answer my questions. This experience is especially important to me, because the reason I came to Symndon was due to a poor experience I had with the service department at the dealer I bought the car from. I had the same malfunction light turn on and called that previous service department to take a look at it. Upon looking at my car (after not even recalling me when I brought it in 1 hour later) they told me nothing was wrong. They dismissed me and this critical issue with this vehicle. I am so so grateful to Jack and Symndon -- they are just a. super bunch of people!
