Symdon Motors

In looking for a new truck, I found the staff at Symdom Motors to be very helpful. I was allowed to take a vehicle home overnight. Symdom staff kept in touch with me over the process and allowed me to take my time making my decision, I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a choice.

As usual it was easy to get an appointment, they were friendly, answered questions I had about vehicle and were fast. I alway look forward to working with Symdon service.

I was so happpy with our experience with Symdon. I purchased a new vehicle back in July and it wasn't big enough (comfortably) for our family. When I told the staff at Symdon what our issues were, they quickly (SAME DAY) found the exact truck, with a few additional features, and of course a larger size, and I was able to get the additional body work done that I wanted within 2 days. Very, very happy driving my new, bigger truck!! Thank you Symdon Staff!

Symdon Motors by far exceeded all of my expectations! My husband and I had spent an entire day at Bergstrom earlier in the week going through all the mumbo jumbo. We had explained to them what we are looking for. They asked for a check for $500 as a "hold" because they were going to have to bring the vehicle down from another location. No biggie as it was clearly listed that I was not putting money down and they were getting me the car I wanted. But.....I received a call a couple days later saying the vehicle that came doesn't have hardly anything that was on my "must" list and was asked to settle. Informed them I would not settle. I then found the exact vehicle I had wanted at Symdon. I was able to get into contact with Michael who was amazing and was able to completely turn my rotten day around. I explained to him my situation and he got the whole process started right away. Financing was approved and everything good to go. From start to finish this whole process was about 2 hours until I drove off in my new vehicle. Never have I ever had anything go quite that smooth. In the mean time, I'm still trying to make sure Bergstrom doesn't try cashing my hold check....... Anyone looking for a vehicle, I highly encourage you to check out Symdon Motors. Michael and Shane gave me the greatest gift they could have. They truly are great at their jobs and definitely made the process as easy as possible! Even though it is a bit of a drive from my home, you will see me again!

We worked with Julianna and she was great!! She was thoughtful, understanding, helpful and made buying the vehicle a breeze! She answered any and every question I had in a timely manner and made sure everything moved smoothly! We really appreciated her and her help. Everyone else we worked with was friendly and helpful, as well!

It is easy to schedule service for our four vehicles and all the work is done in a timely manner. If extra work and longer time is needed, they have loaner vehicles.

Everyone we worked with took great care of us, just as we had promised they would do. We will be back again for more items.

They took great care of us and we will be back again to purchase more trucks. This was our first purchase from them. We have a fleet of over 30 trucks and it is growing so Symdon will get more of our business. I will send my family and friends there in the future.
