I made my appointment on line so that was easy, they explained an issue with getting the tires rotated and gave me some options with the problem associated with that. I like coming here for service, very professional.

I was referred to Symdon by a family member. When I told the finance representative that I wanted more time to consider my finance options, he had a condescending attitude and even called this family member to tell them that I was confused and he asked them to talk to me on his behalf. That’s crazy. Worst customer service ever.

Everybody that I came into contact with were great. Aaron was the best. Had talked with him several times on the phone and then dealt with him in person. Jack came out and started helping use until tild we were dealing with Aaron and he backed off but yet he would answer questions when we asked them while qaiting for Aaron. Shane was great with finding finance for me. He went way up and beyond his job.

The service dept really saved the day for me today! I was almost home after 2 long days of traveling for work and my low tire sensor came on. It was 4:45 and almost closing time but they got me right in, fixed my tire and had me on my way home in 20 minutes! As always, service with quick, efficient and courteous staff. I used to work with Cindy and Jack when they were with Kalscheur's in Cross Plains. I followed them to Symdon. Earlier this year, I need to trade and get a newer vehicle. They worked with me to get my new vehicle and I could not have been happier with the experience. Now coming in for service, the experience has been just as pleasant. Great job by everyone I have come in contact with.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly. There were cookies, popcorn, and soda available. Plus you get to check out the new chevys while you wait.
